We want your experience with Zhampagge to be as great as the organizer bag itself. If you find a problem with your unused Zhampagge, just return it and your invoice or receipt to us within 30 days of purchase and we will ship you another one at no cost or refund your purchase price (minus shipping costs). All tags must be attached.
Upon your request, we will generate a prepaid shipping label for you to return your eligible purchase to us. To request the prepaid return label, please complete the form on our Contact page. Be sure to include on the form your order and receipt numbers, customer name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, and your reason for return.
Please make note of your return tracking number and keep a copy of your invoice or receipt for your records. Within 30 days of us receiving your unused Zhampagge, a refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. We accept returns of eligible purchases made on Zhampagge.com and at certain approved selling events only.
Change or Cancel Order
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the order information or cancel the order. You will have to place a new order and return your initial order. If the merchandise is on back order and has not been shipped, you may cancel the order and obtain a full refund.
Merchandise cannot be exchanged for other items.
